Team bonding is all about recognising how a team ‘get on’ together this is all about getting to know your team and creating a happy friendly environment. A team bonding event is perfect when a team has a lot of new members or after restructuring where staff are working with people they're not familiar with. Team bonding can be something as simple as getting everyone out for a social event, however this doesn't always have the desired effect as cliques are formed and you find staff are still interacting with the same people. What we can offer is a faciliatated environment which gets all team members interacting with each other through group work and striving to reach common goals.

Team tasks

Our team tasks can be done either indoors or outdoors, the activities are fun based and no special physical skills are required to take part in or to successfully complete any of our tests. They are designed to be accessible to everyone but participants will need to think fast, work together, and have a sense of humour.
All the activities are custom built and developed from a wide range of inspirations.

If you are looking for something a bit more physically challenging or just want to get staff out and about we have a great many options available.

Treasure Hunts

We have a range of treasure hunts covering a number of cities across the country and if we don't have one for your location we will write one. These are lots of fun and are a great element to add to a larger event as there are always winners which can be announced at the end of the event, at a conference or as part of the entertainment at a gala dinner.

Outdoor pursuits

If you are interested in the more physically challenging activities we are able to arrange activities such as survival days, shooting, high ropes courses, quad biking and much more. These are easily incorporated into a larger event such as a staff conference or can stand alone to allow a team to get to know each other better in a neutral environment. Many of these activities can be brought to your venue subject to suitability and we can assist you in finding that suitable venue.
