This case study looks at building a team that was not working as one. Top Banana put a successful solution in place in the form of an ongoing programme that is now being used for all the department's new staff. The programme consisted of Belbin tests to determine prefered team roles, some team activitities, theory related to learning styles and feedback on team skills and team performance.
