Team building or Team bonding?

We are aware that each company has different issues and needs. We recommend a needs analysis is undertaken to establish the real issues to be addressed. Team bonding

We understand and agree that there is a need to for team bonding, this differs from team building. Team bonding gives an understanding of peoples general attitudes towards joining in with and helping other team members and allows greater interaction within and between teams.

We have numerous tasks and challenges that are suitable for mixed ability groups. No special physical skills are required to take part in or to successfully complete any of our tests. All the activities are custom built and developed from a wide range of inspirations.

They are designed to be accessible to everyone but you will need to think fast, work as a team, and have a sense of humour.

We are able to provide a range of tasks and activities that are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
