• We will consider all the locations and find venues that will compliment the event and allow us to maintain the consistency in all locations.
• We will keep a detailed record of how the event is intended to run out and make sure this is followed at each location.
• Where unavoidable amendments must be made to a programme (e.g. the Internal speaker in the South is different to the Internal speaker in the North) we will liaise and coordinate the event to ensure the minimum of change.
• We will coach speakers when they change to ensure that messages are being delivered consistently from one event to another.
