Suzannah Varma: Managing Director of Top Banana Events and Conferences Ltd

Suzannah formed Top Banana Events & Conferences in 2009 and also holds the role of Events Director for Top Banana Training Ltd. Her experience has been gained from both in house events departments and Events management companies organising large and small scale conferences and managing delegate registration, with her last role involving managing the events department for an Events company. Suzannah specialises in  conferences and teambuilding events and is responsible for all the day to day planning and organisation of our client's events. 

Peter Cooksley: Managing Director Top Banana Training Ltd

Peter is one of the initial founders of Top Banana Events & Conferencing and Managing director of Top Banana Training established in March 2000. He has done keynote talks as well as designing and delivering training around the world in places as varied as Saudi Arabia, South Africa, USA as well as many European countries. He is a board member of the Sales Training Association along with the Professional Speakers Association. He was a 2001 finalist in the National Sales Awards, Sales Trainer of the Year Award. Peter is also a licensed personality and team profiler and believes all development should be fun and memorable. Peter has also toured on the comedy circuit doing stand up, and occasional television.

Robbie Burns: Creative Director

Robbie has a wealth of experience in the events industry having been actively involved in high end corporate events for over 20 years. His main focus now is overseeing all special projects including the project management of outdoor events, concerts and winter ice rinks.  Due to his strong theatrical background Robbie's creative input into all our clients’ events is invaluable.  His specialist knowledge of lighting theming and special effects has been used to great success at awards evenings, conferences and more.

Robbie also specialises in coordinating all of our clients’ entertainment requirements due to his vast knowledge of direct access to artist and celebrity management.
