Our joint management team prides itself on being totally client focused and brings together creative thinking, experience and in-depth knowledge of these specialist industries. Top Banana Training (TBT) and Top Banana Events and Conferences (TBEC) are two companies specialising in different services. Our two companies are very similar in our outlook and how we go about delivering high quality guidance, services and products. The similarities do not stop there, we share a clear vision and believe in being professional, efficient and adding value whilst continually considering corporate responsibility.
Top Banana Training was founded in March 2000 and has steadily grown every year since.
TBT boasts it has not lost a client yet, we pride ourselves on adding value to our business partners by developing their people to be prepared for future challenges. We realise that the strength of people's abilities are influenced by their attitudes and that is part of our focus – get the attitude right and they will take ownership and responsibility for change and development. TBEC may be young in history, but that is only the name. The background tells a different story. The company is a merger of parts of two successful and long standing businesses. Amazing Events and Top Banana Training have been working together with a wide range of clients for many years. We have taken the events and conference business from both of these and merged under our TBEC name, this allows the business to be more focused and professional with our existing and new clients.
