Top Banana ‘Bunch’ combines two businesses which provide training, events and conference production. Our joint management team prides itself on being totally client focused and brings together creative thinking, experience and in-depth knowledge of these specialist industries.   • Events and Conferences

    Our events and conference team have the expertise and knowledge to add value to any client event. Getting to the root of your event aims and objectives and understanding your business culture gives us the best opportunity to exceed expectations and ensure that our events continue adding value long after they have finished.

  • Team building

    We are aware that each company has different issues and needs. We recommend a needs analysis is undertaken to establish the real issues to be addressed. It may be you are looking for a fun activity event to get your employees interacting better (Team Bonding) or you may have more specific areas of concern such as addressing how your employees support each other whilst showing empathy and delivering business objectives (Team Building).

  • Training and Development

    We take time to understand our clients needs for the future and put a programme in place to maximise the return on their investment. We encourage line management and HR take ownership of the agreed content and reinforce the importance to them and the company. All programmes must have deliverables for the future (Action plans). These action plans should be monitored and when the committed completion dates have passed they should be able to demonstrate how these were achieved.
